The Trentino cuisine is one of the most tasty of Italy and many recipes are characterized by influences of different countries as the classic Venetian polenta and the goulash of Tyrolean. Many dishes are made from local products and mountaineers: the berries, pastoral products such as meats and cheeses. For the sweet tooth desserts the most popular are the apple strudel and Zelten. The area is especially famous for different varieties of apples including the tasty Golden Delicious, Stark Delicious, Grenny Smith, Pippin. Excellent wines like Müller-Thurgau, Marzemino, Moscato.
